Sails Restaurant was established in 1994 and has been evolving ever since to endeavour to maintain a high standard in all aspects of cuisine and hospitality. In 1997 Head Chef, Paul Leete joined Sails and to this day presents menus with a strong focus on quality, fresh, seasonal produce. Sails has established a close relationship with local growers who share an appreciation for produce grown and prepared with integrity.  These relationships guarantee that the Sails' kitchen is always offered the best and first pick of the season. Alongside the best the Sunshine Coast region has to offer, we have sourced exemplary produce from all corners of Australia including Toothfish from the Southern Ocean, grass fed beef from the Manning Valley, NSW and Coral trout from North Queensland. Sails Restaurant also features a multi award winning wine list showcasing around 600 wines. The focus is on Australian, New Zealand and French wines and includes Iconic labels from all corners of the globe. This list covers a broad selection of varieties and price points starting from $35/btl and offers a very comprehensive offering of around 40 wines by the glass.
