We are a Japanese ramen bar and restaurant on Tib Lane, Manchester. Our ramen menu celebrates the new wave styles of Tokyo, with every element made in house, including noodles from our in-house noodle room. We have long believed that shipping ingredients from the other side of the world is the least Japanese thing we could ever do, so we continue to work closely with local suppliers to source ingredients in a more sustainable way (alongside some artisan Japanese products we simply couldn’t do without). Evenings at Tib Lane, our space becomes an intimate restaurant serving family style menu of sharing dishes, cooked over sustainable charcoal, with our menu changing regularly with the availability from local suppliers, and the creative input of our team.
