That unforgettable aroma, the greasy paper bag, the marinade staining your fingers… At KRO on Vinohradská, where it all began in 2019, we serve this Czech (and not only) 90s icon without compromise and with maximum flavour: using chickens from Druhaz farm, marinated a day in advance in our own ultra-umami spice blend of fermented onion, chilli and herbs, then slow-roasted in a modern rotisserie. We use it in our signature combos, Caesar salad and classics like chicken in paprika sauce. And if you’re not in the mood for wings or drumsticks, go for our steak tartare, Pork rib with Znojmo-style sauce, or vegetarian dishes packed with umami and every other flavour you crave.
