Welcome… you have just arrived at one of Wales most iconic hospitality destinations and we’re delighted to greet you. The restaurant was sympathetically renovated from the Drover’s old stone buildings and The Smithy is named because it was formerly a blacksmith’s workshop. Whether it's a truly unique romantic candle lit meal for two, a convivial meal with friends or a private group gathering, you’ll receive nothing less than a superbly relaxed and comfortable dining experience and exceptionally friendly customer service. Jabajak operates an honest, seasonally fresh and locally sourced food philosophy where all of our dishes are prepared to order using local suppliers, herbs, leaves, edible flowers, fruit and vegetables. Many of these are grown on-site in our kitchen garden or polytunnel, or foraged whenever possible, so our food looks as good as it tastes. We change or menu every month to take into account whatever produce is in season, and we frequently offer daily specials. Expect rustic wooden tables, a chilled vibe and the sound of people enjoying themselves. We even let you pour your own wine!
