We source our produce and meats from Australian farmers we have personally visited to ensure the upmost quality, including sustainable seafood. <br/>Our menu is constantly evolving seasonally as an expression of the country.   <br/><br/>Executive Chef Mert Tansu has been with Harvest since the restaurant re-launched in January 2013. Born in Ankara Turkey his passion for cooking began in the humble kitchen of his grandmother. He learned at a young age the value of fresh ingredients. Picking fruit and harvesting vegetables from his grandmothers garden, the family worked together to create feasts. Working alongside this mentor in a very modest kitchen he began experiencing the rich complex flavours that he would come to appreciate and use to this day.
