Cofton Pizza began in 2022 as an independent, Neopolitan pizza business operating in and around the West Midlands. Our first venture was a converted horsebox pizza van, serving Neapolitan‑style pizzas with a modern twist at festivals, weddings, corporate events, and street‑food venues. This setup emphasized: - Hand‑stretched dough - Italian ingredients sourced locally In 2025 we expanded beyond street-food catering with our first bricks‑and‑mortar outlet, Cofton on the Green, based in the picturesque Barnt Green. Expanding on our famous Neopolitan pizza, we incorporated our 48 hour fermented doughs into an interesting and unique Brunch menu. Combining this with fantastic, locally sourced coffee from our friends at Quarter Horse Coffee, helping us establish a strong reputation amongst the local community. Now, in 2026, we've taken that same blueprint to Stourbridge Town Center, opening Cofton at The Bridge in February 2026. Bringing the same good vibes, Stonebaked Pizzas, Unique Brunch menu and Single Origin Coffee. Along with a fantastic selection of draught lagers and IPAs, Cocktails and Live events, we hope Cofton at The Bridge will become your favourite home away from home.
