EXPERIENCE DINING AT THE WALLED GARDEN RESTAURANT The restaurant occupies the area of the gardens originally planned to be a walled vegetable garden. 90 years later, adding a roof, the space was transformed into a leading Lancashire restaurant. Diners can now relax over their meals in the conservatory, enjoy semi-private dining in the summer house – or even gather around the sink in the wash house, should they choose! With prime farming land all around us and a host of specialist growers and producers making the most of it, we usually have access to plenty of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as quality meats and cheeses. So while we can’t guarantee that every ingredient we use was raised on our doorstep, we certainly do our best to bring you the cream of the local crop.
