Armati’s Restaurant is all about generous sharing style plates with hearty Mediterranean & Italian flavours, carafes of wine and Mediterranean inspired cocktails – delivered with a mix of fun & authenticity. Through sourcing of fresh local produce, cooking with fire and making everything in-house, we’re offering guests a great way to enjoy authentic Mediterranean food in a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Armati’s signature pizzas are cooked in a blazing hot wood-fired oven – the centrepiece of the restaurant – where dedicated pizza chefs ensure that the thin-crust pizzas are fast-fired and ready to eat in minutes. It's mesmerising to watch the wood burning ferociously in the oven while the pizzas are rotated through at a rapid pace. The result is a Neapolitan-style pizza – wood-fired, crisp at the edges, yet gooey in the middle. Armati's Restaurant is open from 6pm, 7 days a week.
