From the famous "Bolo do Caco", done by us, toasted and served with a delicious garlic butter, to the melted fresh cheese with aromatic herbs as starters, to the fresh pineapple roasted with cinnamon and finally to our beloved and famous meat skewers. For main dish our strong point is the meat, served in an iron skewer. The meat chosen by our client, is directly taken from the butcher, sliced and freshly prepared by experienced people, it is then finally roasted in our wood-fired oven.
