Established in July 2004, Absolute Thai Hornsby is the original restaurant of the Absolute Thai Group and has proudly served the Hornsby community from its current location in Westfield Hornsby for more than two decades. Founded by husband-and-wife team Kittipos and Arisa Kaewprasit, the restaurant began as a small Thai takeaway shop and has grown into one of the area’s most recognised and trusted Thai dining destinations. Throughout the years, our commitment has remained unchanged – to provide authentic Thai cuisine, genuine hospitality, and consistently high-quality dining experiences. Our menu showcases a diverse range of traditional Thai favourites, including aromatic curries, wok-fried specialties, fresh seafood, noodle dishes, vegetarian options, and the chef’s recommendations. Every dish is prepared using carefully selected ingredients to deliver the authentic flavours of Thailand. The restaurant offers comfortable indoor dining for up to 70 guests, with air conditioning in summer and heating in winter, creating a welcoming environment year-round. In addition, our outdoor dining area can accommodate up to 80 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, and group dining. To complete your dining experience, we offer a selection of house-made desserts, premium ice creams, refreshing beverages, and a variety of popular Bingsu creations that have become favourites among our guests.
