Guests can enjoy a selection of canapés served alongside an aperitif while browsing our carefully thought out wine list and creative menu. Why not try our tasting menu whether it be the 5 course or 7 course. This gives you the opportunity to taste a wider range of the menu and experience more of what 1921 is all about through the art of our food. You do not even have to think about what you are going to drink along side it. We can offer you a wine pairing with each dish, describe why we have selected that particular wine and how it pairs wonderfully with that course.
