Having both been born and raised in Mexico, Jose and Mauricio know their stuff when it comes to Mexican food and drinks. 1910 is the combination of Jose’s expertise in mezcal and tequila, and Mauricio’s incredible cooking skills, bringing authentic Mexican flavours to the heart of Parsons green We are named after the year that saw the start of the Mexican revolution, which transformed Mexican culture and culminated in the Mexican constitution. Through 1910 we want to honor our ancestors and our families with authentic recipes, delicious drinks, and friendly service. Whilst our flavors are authentic, we know transporting produce from Mexico is not good for our planet or supportive of our local businesses! Therefore, it is our philosophy that the vast majority of our fresh produce comes from local suppliers. ¡Viva la Revolucion!
