Need to organise a business meal in London and not sure where to go? Fear not, Dish Cult is here to recommend some of London’s top contenders for a classy business meal.

The Brabourne Room and Garden is situated in the Royal Overseas League clubhouse. Whether you’re dining in the Brabourne room, which features Edwardian and modern design, or the refreshing open air of the landscaped garden, either setting will lend your meal an air of sophistication and class. The menu matches the mood with fancy dishes like seabass fillet grenobloise and 30-day aged ribeye steak with bearnaise sauce and hand-cut chips. If you’re out to impress, look no further.
Dalla Terra serves fresh, homemade, classic Italian dishes like risotto, carbonara and lasagna Bolognese. A special mention goes to the dessert options, including our personal favourite, tiramisu. The wine list covers an impressive 600 wines from all around the world, alongside signature cocktails. In addition to this, you can book events of up to 50 people on the heated and covered terrace. Whatever the work event or meeting size, there is plenty of room for everyone.
Alain Ducasse is visually stunning; the décor looks smart and expensive. The menu doesn’t disappoint either, and whoever you’re meeting will be as impressed as us by the selection. Every dish has that extra wow factor like the Marinated sea bass, green meat radish, pistachio, samphire and Sichuan pepper or the Saddle of venison, Kalibos cabbage and pumpkin. We honestly wouldn’t be surprised if someone has scheduled a business meeting just to eat here! However, keep in mind that you certainly pay for quality at this restaurant.

The Cinnamon Club specialises in fine Indian dining. There are vegan, lunch and dinner menus, so your meeting can take place at any time of day. The dishes themselves sound equal parts unique and tasty. We particularly love the Venison and prune kofta, black lentils and masala mashed potatoes and the Lemon and gulab jamun brûlée, pink peppercorn crisp.
The venue is great for business meetings. It is well placed on Great Smith Street, and you can book space in the private dining areas for group sit down meals or standing canapé receptions. Whatever the tone you want to set for your business meeting, The Cinnamon Club is able to rise to the challenge.
Mosimann’s has an impressive history in hosting events. Its catering repertoire includes the Beijing 2008 Olympics, the London 2012 Olympics and the 2014 World Cup in Rio De Janerio. The standards are so high that it’s held the Royal Warrant from HRH the Prince of Wales since 2000! Mosimann’s can also be hired for external catering if you already have a venue in mind.
The sample menu, which can be found online, is as classy and delicious as you would expect. It includes Marinated Scottish Salmon and Dorset Crab in a spring onion and lemon soy dressing and Seared Fillet of Aberdeen Beef with Covent Garden market vegetables and a four-peppercorn sauce.
Cabotte is a wine bar and restaurant founded by two master sommeliers that serve French-inspired dishes. The bar has over 1000 wines, and there is always a sommelier on duty, so you should have no excuse for picking the wrong wine for your business meeting! The impressive food menu is changed regularly, and there are daily specials. The restaurant has private dining options so you can enjoy your business meeting and tasty food in a quiet professional space if needed. The private dining space can host 18 people seated or 40 people standing, which should be enough for most work gatherings.
