You probably won’t notice El Cuba Libre when you first arrive at the building. That’s because this place is located above the Sportsman Inn in Hyde, which is in Greater Manchester, between Stockport and Glossop. Once you walk into the restaurant you’ll realise that this is a mini Cuba. From the decorations to the list of cocktails on the wall, the Cuban-themed bar and the tapas dishes, it’s very much inspired by the Latin American culture. Be careful though, it is strong! This might be an expensive looking club and bar, but don’t be fooled. It’s affordable and accepting of all – a perfect place for a Cuban cocktail or two.
