Huami is an authentic contemporary Chinese restaurant, focusing on traditional cuisine with a modern twist. Huami translates to mean Nectar, and that’s exactly what the restaurant embodies, an allure of something beautiful and precious. Indulge in the Chef’s recommendations and dine upon an array of mouth-watering delicacies like the kong bao chicken with dried chilli and vinegar sauce. The dumplings are also incredible; we suggest the classic Shanghai-style pan-fried pork and leek dumplings. For something slightly different, opt for the braised and dried New Zealand sea-cucumber with shiitake mushrooms in abalone juice. Celebrate the year of the tiger with a glass of baijiu in hand; the Chinese rice wine completes the dining experience.
