Vermilion among the winners at Asian Restaurant Awards 2022
The Asian Restaurant Awards has announced its 2022 winners and three Manchester restaurants all won awards, including Vermilion.

There were more than 500 guests present at the Asian Restaurant Awards, which was held at the Hilton Manchester Piccadilly recently and was sponsored by Just Eat and Booker Wholesale.
The event was hosted by BBC news anchor Samantha Simonds and restaurants across the UK were recognised.
Among the winners was Vermilion, who scooped the top prize for Best Fusion Restaurant.
The fusion concept, fine dining restaurant is renowned for its culinary combination of English, Indian, Thai, Chinese, French and Korean cuisine.
Couple this with interior designs created by Miguel Cancio Martins of Buddha Bar (Paris) fame, with the equally lavish Eastern fusion created by the very best chefs flown in from Bangkok, Dubai and Delhi, and it’s no surprise why this glamorous and enchanting restaurant brought the award home to Manchester.
Other Manchester-based winners on the night included Delhi Dream who won Best Asian Restaurant and Spice Mafia who were joint winners with Balchao in Hale Barns, Altrincham for Best Newcomer.
