Globally renowned juice makers The Berry Company have teamed up with acclaimed Indian restaurant Copper Chimney, and mixologist Mix.Mann to develop a range of exclusive, limited edition cocktails to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee this month.
The patriotic red, white and blue drinks at Copper Chimney range from the ruby coloured Lovely Jubilee to a Bombay Sapphire and White Peach inspired G&Tea, plus a stunning royal blue mocktail Party Thyme.
Party Thyme is a non-alcoholic offering with base (non-alcoholic) spirit Marine Everleaf and Mix.Mann has reworked Lovely Jubilee into a non-alcoholic version replacing the Havana rum with Caleno Dark & Spicy so everyone can enjoy.
Celebrating its 15th year, The Berry Company was one of the first brands to introduce healthier and exotic drinks to the UK market, highlighting the health benefits of antioxidants in a delicious and accessible way. Now boasting over 25 flavours, The Berry Company is renowned for experimenting with forward thinking and unexpected ingredient combinations, making them the go-to for healthy, unique, and flavoursome drinks with absolutely no added sugar or sweeteners and ideal for creating cocktails with.
The completely original, limited edition drinks have been invented by mixologist and Berry Company ambassador Mix.Mann (Harprith Mann) and are inspired by a fusion of British flavours with an Indian twist.
All the drinks are available at Copper Chimney until 30th June and can be enjoyed alongside Copper Chimney’s fantastic array of Indian dishes.
The award-winning restaurant has been serving North Indian cuisine since 1972. Located outside Westfield shopping centre in west London, the dishes are authentic and delicious.
The Chandni Chowk Chaat is a starter inspired by the streets of Old Delhi, and is lovely blend of chatpata chickpeas, spiced potatoes and fresh yoghurt layered with sweet and spicy chutney.
From the Tandoor Grill, we love the Chargrilled Chicken Tikka and the Lamb Seekh Kebab. Succulent and full of flavour, these skewered delicacies are full of spices and fresh marinades.
Room for a main? Try the Biryani. The Parda Lamb Biryani is brought out in a sealed pot; the saffron rice dish is sealed under a pastry lid, which is carved away at your table, and revealed in a deliciously smelling cloud of hot steam. We’re salivating just thinking about it!
Over the past four decades, Copper Chimney has taken millions of guests on a culinary journey, exploring and celebrating Indian cuisine, culture, and flavours. This month, they’ve married that with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the limited cocktails. Head down there before the end of June to experience them for yourself and continue the celebrations.
