The healthiest places to eat out in Manchester

Decided it’s time for a health kick? Foodie haven, Manchester has plenty of restaurants serving up healthy, seasonal and locally sourced produce. Here at Dish Cult, we’ve found some of the best tasting and nutrient-rich buddha bowls, fresh salads, tapas, vegan plates and brunch dishes in the city. So without further ado, here are our five favourite healthy eateries in Manchester!

Head on down to this cute neighbourhood bistro in the Northern Quarter for healthy brunch plates, matcha lattes and freshly squeezed juices loaded with vitamins. Brunch options include Turkish Eggs with dill, pomegranate seeds and toasted sourdough, the Brooklyn Breakfast served with smoked salmon and wilted spinach, and Organic Avocados on Toast topped with poached eggs, Pico de Gallo, house pickles, fresh chilli and coriander (which can be made vegan with vegan yoghurt and feta). And if you’ve got a sweet tooth but still want something on the healthy side, The Smithfield Social makes incredible smoothie bowls with fresh organic fruit, Greek yoghurt (or vegan alternative), house granola, chia seeds, Agave and fresh mint.
