They’re a fairly recent development, but the addition of cocktails to the brunch tradition can only be positive! Check out the best boozy bottomless brunches in Melbourne, and let the good times roll…

At the House of Lulu White, you can get into the OG bottomless brunch, which offers diners a dish of their choice from the BB menu plus endless liquid refreshment over a 90-minute sitting. If you prefer to linger, we love the Deluxe BB, which gives diners the chance to try the chef’s selection of canapes plus bottomless cocktails for two hours.

The bottomless drinks list at House of Lulu includes mimosas, salted caramel espresso martinis, bellinis, rose sangria, pina colada spritz, and spicy lychee iced tea.

Bottomless brunchers here might be shocked to know that the building was once a strip-joint! Today, the staff promise to keep their clothes on but will still take care of your every need, as they cater to pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans too.

Mamma’s Boy Trattoria
cuisinesItalian, Brunch

Can you have gnocchi for bottomless brunch? The team at Mamma’s Boy Trattoria doesn’t see why not and on Sundays are offering not just unlimited cocktails for a two-hour period, but unlimited handmade gnocchi too.

It might be more lunch or dinner than brunch with sittings starting at 11.30am and finishing at 7.30pm but it doesn’t really matter as you’ll get to eat as much as you like of delicious gnocchi topped with slow cooked lamb ragu, Napoli sauce or truffle mushroom and spinach. There’s garlic bread for good measure and the cocktails include a spritz menu, tropical punch and mojitos.

Sure, there’ll be a carb coma afterwards, but it will have been worth it.

Dish Cult’s top pick: Bottomless gnocchi and cocktails (two hours, $59 per person)

Fargo and Co
cuisinesAmerican, Brunch

The team at Fargo & Co specialise in hearty fare and are rightfully proud of the fact that they make a darn good cocktail. Bottomless brunchers here will love the ‘killer’ menu, and the free flow of Prosecco, wine, cocktail jugs, mimosas and house beer over a two hour sitting on either weekend day.

Chow down on Fried chicken and waffles, or the Chicken katsu sandwich. The Aussie prawn roll is seriously decadent, but if you’re after something sweet, don’t go past the Sweet waffles with pavlova, lemon curd and strawberry sorbet.

Live music makes the bottomless brunch a real party, and with both indoor and outdoor seating and a bright and breezy vibe, it’s particularly perfect for a chilled out time.
