The Boiler Room on Burton Road relaunches with Roti

Roti, the popular south Manchester eatery, has joined forces with The Boiler Room to offer its famed Indian-Scottish fusion food in a relaxed bar environment in West Didsbury. Expect great drinks and cocktails alongside small plates of delicious fusion food.

Roti offers Scottish classics and gives them an Indian twist, taking dishes including mince and tatties and Scotch eggs and reinventing them into exciting options including the famous haggis pakora. The tapas-style food is a hit with diners as it allows them to order as much or as little as they want to accompany their cocktails or beers.

Other popular orders include an Indian spiced batter for Roti’s own take on fish and chips, deep fried Mars bars and poppadums and dips. The Boiler Room’s cocktails are also not to be missed, with Roti’s iconic Negroni Irn-Bru the most popular choice.

Both companies are already well established in south Manchester, with Roti having venues in Chorlton, Sale and now West Didsbury.

Meanwhile, the new partnership gives The Boiler Room to flex its own mixologist muscles by launching an all new cocktail menu, offering both classic bar staples and some new exciting twists.

Roti has now taken over The Boiler Room’s kitchen on Burton Road, with hopeful plans for the upstairs space of the bar to become a restaurant for Roti at some point in the not too distant future. Watch this space.
