Crussh was founded in 1998 in the City of London, specialising in healthy food and juices, and is London’s leading healthy eating retailer. In addition to its delicious smoothies, it stocks a vast range of gluten and dairy-free food and products high in protein and low in fat. A great visit for you fitness buffs out there!

Some smoothie options you can feast your eyes on now are the incredibly named Berry Super Warrior, which is made of almond milk, vanilla plant protein, blueberries, strawberries, banana and flax seeds. You could also get an Avo Super Greens Super Smoothie, bursting with low-fat yoghurt, apple juice, avocado, spinach, banana, lime, and super greens booster.

The Smoothie Bar at Spinach takes plant-inspired ingredients and throws in classic, yet innovative flavours like the caffeine fuelled ‘My Engine Won’t Start This Morning’ or the peanut-buttery ‘Monkey Flip’. With great brunches and a super location on Lordship Lane, Spinach is a winner, every time.

The smoothies at this LA/Australia-inspired brunch spot are as Instagrammable as the venue’s interiors, which are adorned with vibrant colours, bold patterns and shiny finishes. Some fantastical flavour combinations of the eatery’s signature Starfish Smoothies include the dragon fruit, mango and coconut concoction, which is served pretty in pink with a flaked coconut rim. This all-day spot turns into a party hub come evening, so you can start the day with a glass full f goodness before the cocktails start to flow…

Where better to start your day than one of the coolest spaces in London? Olympic Studios in Barnes boasts a rich rock and roll history — it opened in 1906 as an entertainment hall and over the past century, it’s served as a cinema, a theatre and a recording studio where the likes of the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin recorded! The interiors reflect its arty history, with shimmering chandeliers and black and white photography. Despite its wild reputation, you can still grab a smoothie here though; choose between the violet, which is blackberry and coconut based, the Cinnapple, and the tropical green — it’s probably what Mick Jagger drinks these days anyway.

Eat17 in Walthamstow describes itself as ‘not your average store’, and while it might look like your usual grocery shop on the outside, inside you’ll find artisan goods and intriguing delights — including its very own creation, bacon jam. The site is now also home to a neighbourhood bistro, which offers up seasonal menus as well as signatures such as a stacked chicken burger. It’s also well-loved for its colourful breakfast and brunch options, which include a kimchi brunch pizza and eggs village (made with portobello mushrooms). Unsurprisingly, you’ll find a selection of vibrant smoothies on offer too, including classic berry and green options, as well as a racer coffee, which is made with chocolate, bananas and oat milk.
