Bundobust Brewery
cuisinesBrewery, Indian street food

Bundobust serves the best vegetarian and vegan Gujarati street food in Manchester, but it also makes incredible beer. Bundobust at Manchester Piccadilly and in Leeds have existed for a few years but it was not until 2021 that the Bundobust Brewery opened. Bundobust has changed the game for craft beer with street food. They serve amazing beers, ones made by themselves, other companies and collaborations between them and other breweries. For example, there are two lovely session IPAs, one by Northern Monk and another by Kirkstall, which is also gluten free.

The selection of Bundobust beers are large, from the pale ale, Peela (there is now the new Big Peela too), the Chaitro, that is a smooth and creamy Porter, the Kipsy Bhai, a Kellerbier-style German lager and the East is East, a New England IPA. They have an amazing beer with the brewery Thornbridge called Impromptu Ladder Convention, it is a beautiful hazy pale ale, packed with Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere hops. Lemon, grapefruit and melon flavours burst out of this drink. This is just one reason to try Bundobust out, never mind the amazing location, friendly staff and cool beer taps. If you love beer, you’ll love it here!
