This Valentine’s Day, those with a black (or broken) heart can head to cult Icelandic Burger joint Tommi’s for a chance to eat your heart out for free – in exchange for revealing your best (or worst) break up texts.
For all of February, the Black Heart Burger special (£10.90) will be available to order in Tommi’s Soho, Marylebone, and Oxford. The special will feature ‘Chuck and Ox Heart patty [created in collaboration with HG Walter] in a black charcoal bun with béarnaise sauce and red onion marmalade.’ To eat for free, simply DM Tommi’s Instagram or flash your text to your server on Monday 14th February.
Tommi’s was built on an ethos of going against the grain, bringing American hamburger culture to Iceland back in the 1980s; this Valentine’s Day is all about celebrating that independent spirit for London’s proud singles.
Tommi’s originated in Reykjavik in 1981, when ex-drummer Tommi Tomasson returned from the U.S.A. with a singular mission to bring his take on American hamburgers and culture to his home country of Iceland.
Renowned for rustling up some of the best burgers in the business, Tommi’s has earned a reputation for its simplicity, authenticity and high-quality produce. All produce is sourced from trusted British suppliers, with meat supplied by award-winning HG Walters and bread from Millers Bakery.
Up to 10 free burgers per site can be redeemed, so get yourself there fast on the 14th!
Plus, if you download the Tommi’s app you can also get 50% off your first order through the app! That’s something we can all fall in love with.
