Six by Nico is by far one of the most iconic restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh, and one of our very favourites. Run by chef Nico, the concept is to create a new menu every six weeks, each one themed upon a different place or memory. And if you’re curious to see what they’re bringing us next, Six by Nico have just shared sneak peaks of their upcoming menu and oh boy it looks tasty!

So far, we’ve been spoilt with amazing international menus and new culinary experiences. From “Vietnamese street food” to “Route 66”, “Mexico”, “the 70s”, “New York”, and many more, we’ve seen and tasted it all!

Six by Nico have pleased us by bringing a haven of taste and Italian authenticity in their current Sicilian food menu. So what have they prepared for us next?

Get ready for a trip across the Sahara dunes, the golden temples of Lebanon and Scheherazade’s palace, Six by Nico is taking us to the Middle East!

From the 30th of October, and for six weeks, you’ll be able to try their new six-course tasting menu featuring rich, earthy vegetables, succulent meats, and traditional aromas. Their menu has been published and here are the six courses you’ll wish you could have everyday. Sahten!
