Pearl Lemon Cafe launches in Fulham

Pearl Lemon Cafe is an adventurous project started by Deepak Shukla, who is also the founder of the award-winning Pearl Lemon Group, which consists of fully remote workers. This is quite a unique business model, but – as many of us know – remote working has become very popular post-pandemic.

After seeing opportunities for acquiring commercial space, Deepak decided to take the plunge and start his new venture. Using his seasoned marketing skills, he plans to focus on Pearl Lemon Cafe and achieve sustainable growth this year. 

The Pearl Lemon Group heavily focuses on diversity and consists of primarily ethnic minority employees. The cafe embodies those values with its inclusive recruitment policies.

After experiencing issues trying to conduct remote work in other cafes, Deepak has tried to solve this problem. Pearl Lemon Cafe aims to provide a perfect environment for both relaxing and working remotely.

Despite being still very early in its journey (Pearl Lemon Cafe has only been active for a few months), the cafe is already seeing some healthy levels of growth.

Deepak plans to open up other locations around London or even spread out to other cities in the UK. Hopefully, the success of the first Pearl Lemon Cafe will see the Pearl Lemon brand being synonymous with a healthy working environment.
