Antipasti

Antipasti is traditionally eaten to get the taste buds going before a meal. Pasta Remoli’s antipasti selection includes iconic dishes that you’d find in the bars and restaurants of Italy as the sun sets. Caprese in Carrozza is a spin on the classic caprese salad, the deep-fried buffalo mozzarella perfectly paired with the earthy flavours of tomato and basil.

Crostini with chicken liver is a crowd pleaser – it’s pan fried with shallots, almond and Marsala liquor – whilst Fritto Misto will transport you to the shores of the Amalfi Coast, crisp and served with an accompanying homemade mayonnaise.

Other antipasti dishes include classic Bruschetta, Suppli al Telefono rice balls, Salt Cod alla Paolo – deep fried salt cod bites – slow-cooked Polpette and Tigelle meatballs, and Burrata served with Parma ham and homemade focaccia.
