INCA’s executive developer and chef Nic Watt, is one of New Zealand’s most proclaimed chefs, having both MASU and Akarana Eatery under his wing. For INCA, Watt has taken inspiration from Nikkei cuisine in his travels to Peru and Japan to deliver INCA’s exceptional light yet hearty menu, especially highlighting fresh fish that is honoured in both cultures.

With INCA’s interior dotted with Aztec features, makes an aesthetic dining experiência amongst the endless menu options and fun cocktails. It is a must-go for your next foodie destination. 

INCA has bloomed with popularity as a result of its expertly-crafted dishes, with a second restaurant opening in the heart of Ponsonby, along with its initial home location in Westfield Newmarket Rooftop, making both locations central and easily accessible.

Now, a redeveloped children’s menu is also available for your little ones to enjoy as they accompany you to INCA. It is a perfect way to introduce them to new experiences and the world of Peruvian-Japanese food, that may have previously felt a little out of their comfort zone. 

INCA’s Children’s Menu retains INCA’s essence, yet is re-designed a little to fit younger palettes. Fancy some edamame and INCA-styled guac as a starter? No problem. Known-and-true-loved dishes like those chicken karaage or tacos, are elevated at INCA to add their own Peruvian-Japanese spin.

You can now find their children’s menu with sesame dressed tempura tacos, salmon sashimi, or spiced corn fritters as a more adventurous and refined version than your typical cheeseburger or fish and chips. 

Of course, the menu also features churro buns with chocolate sauce as a dessert option—an absolute crowd pleaser.
