Christmas Pudding Burger
The Christmas Pudding burger, by PubLove who own Burger Craft, comes in charcoaled brioche buns with delicious Cumberland sausage patties, oak and chestnut smoked streaky Suffolk bacon, Xmas Pudding Chutney and a Wensleydale custard. The pork and bacon are from award-winning butcher Aubrey Allen and acclaimed Suffolk farmer Jimmy Butler.

The fabulously festive burger is available across six London pubs from now until the end of December for just £10.
The pubs you can enjoy the limited edition burger in include:
- The White Ferry, Victoria
- The Crown, Battersea
- The Green Man, Paddington
- The Rose & Crown, London Bridge
- The Steam Engine, Waterloo
- The Exmouth Arms, Euston
As well as being aesthetically fun and photogenic, the Christmas Pudding Burger is deliciously moreish; the Wensleydale custard sauce in particular gives the award-winning ingredients a real lift.
Pair the burger with your choice of fries or mini hash browns, and you’ve got yourself a merry little Christmas meal!
To accompany the Christmas Pudding Burger, you can enjoy drink matchings with a festive twist including the Holy Negroni (made with Sacred Xmas Pudding Gin), English Spiced Vermouth and Gingerbread Espresso Martini. Or there’s a Gingerbread Espresso Martini, a warming Spiced Berry Tea, and a Turkish Delight Hot Chocolate. Burgers are always good with a pint so we’d recommend pairing the burger with the Super 8 Cherry beer from Haacht Brewery.
“We did a limited trial last year and people went nuts for it and we sold out in no time, so we’ve decided to max it this year and make it the star of the show,” said Ben Stackhouse, Founder and CEO of PubLove and Burger Craft. “When you think about some of the Secret Santa gifts that people end up giving out at this time of year, we think this is a gifting winner. We are famed for our burgers, but our regulars are telling us they are up for a bit of extra fun this year as everything has felt so dreary these last few months.”
