As well as launching an exciting New York-inspired brunch menu, Madison has also collaborated with luxury watch specialists, Hublot to create a trio of signature cocktails.

Kick things off with either THE BIG BANG (The Botanist Gin, Aperol, Apricot Liquor, Elderflower Tonic and Lavender Foam), CHRONOGRAPH (Damoiseau Rum, Lime Juice, Tepache, Vanilla, Pineapple and Coconut Foam), or IN TIME FOR AN OLD FASHIONED (Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Agave and Angostura Bitters), and soak up the sublime skyline.

This winter Madison launched its Sunday Sundown Sessions Brunch Experience, which provides an electric Sunday soundtrack for guests in the form of exhilarating live music. Gui Rezende’s unique guitar style fuses a passionate appreciation of his musical roots in Brazil with a deep love of American and British music.

Best known for her performance of Queen’s Somebody To Love on BBC One’s Pitch Battle, which had the judges out of their seats, Kedma is sure to provide the perfect soundtrack. If anyone is a fan of old school RnB, jazz and blues, Dee’s arrangements of classic and commercial hits, by artists ranging from Ben E.King and Cece Peniston to Alicia Keys and Ed Sheeran, will bring new energy to songs everyone knows and loves.

The exciting Brunch Menu will get anyone into the NYC swing of things. There are already firm favourites including starters such as Hoisin Duck Bon Bons, Yellowfin Tuna and Octopus Ceviche Tostadas (which are so dreamy), and Smoked Tofu Poke Salad Bowl (which is perfect if you’re seeking a health boost).

Follow these starters with mouthwatering mains, which include Maple Brioche French Toast (pulled pork, fried egg, pickles, bourbon BBQ sauce) and Fried Chicken & Waffles (cornbread waffles, buttermilk chicken, sriracha, maple syrup, fried egg). For something truly luxuriant, we’d suggest the gorgeous Lobster Benedict or for something hearty and delicious, look no further than the 8oz Flat Iron Steak with a fried egg and garlic fries.

There’s also a range of unforgettable sides like Buttermilk Caesar Salad and a melting Red Leicester Mac ‘n’ Cheese’.  One important tip: don’t forget to leave space for one of the most US of US desserts, Pretzel Pecan Pie with maple syrup and bourbon clotted cream, Mississippi Mud Pie with flat white coffee ice cream or Deep-Fried Apple Pie accompanied by salted caramel ice cream and miso caramel sauce.

It’s not just the menu that catapults diners directly into their favourite US sitcom drama. With the addition of free-flowing Brunch bubbles (£35pp), the most comfortable seating in town (and yes, the terrace is well-heated!), and a peerless panoramic of the Capital, the Madison Brunch Experience definitely brings NYC to London.

It’s an experience that should not be missed and a perfect way to end any weekend.
