Seafood
Date: 7th September
On Tuesday 7th September, Norma’s unique crudo bar will take centre stage and become the star of the evening. The chefs have created a delectable menu showcasing a selection of raw and cooked seasonal seafood. Dishes on this menu will be individually priced and tables for this event will be available to book from 6pm onwards on Tuesday, 7th September. The menu will run alongside the reduced A La Carte menu.
Marsala
Date: 5th October
Next in the supper club series will be a night to celebrate Marsala wines. The unique fortified wines originate from the small coastal town by the same name in Western Sicily. Ben Tish and team have curated a special four-course menu with the perfect Marsala pairings. Tickets for this event are priced at £75 per head and can be booked from 6pm onwards on Tuesday, 5th October.
Donnafugata
Date: 2nd November
Norma will play host to the family-run, Sicilian wine producers Donnafugata. Donnafugata have worked closely with the team at Norma to create a four-course menu paired with authentic Sicilian wines. On the night, they will have a Sicilian wine expert on hand to answer any questions you have about the origins of the wine, the making process and the perfect food pairings. Tickets for this event will be £75 per head and can be booked from 6pm onwards on Tuesday, 2nd November.
Truffles
Date: 1st December
Ben Tish and team have created a rich five-course menu centred around everybody’s favourite fungus – winter truffles. The indulgent menu is sure to keep you warm during the coldest month. Tickets for this event are priced at £75 per head and can be booked from 6pm onwards on Wednesday, 1st December.
Sicilia
Date: 11th January
Join Norma for a five-course feast created by Ben Tish, with dishes taken from his newest cookbook, Sicilia: A Love Letter to the Food of Sicily. The menu will be £75 per head and can be booked from 6pm onwards on Tuesday, 11th January 2022.
