Hovarda's Guest Chef Series

With the likes of Luke Foster, Liam Rogers and Paul Foster having already passed through the kitchen doors of Hovarda, it’s time for Brad Carter – of Michelin Star restaurant Carters of Moseley – to take to centre stage.

On Tuesday 31st May, Brad will be leading the seventh week of the Guest Chef Series at Hovarda, producing a menu with dishes set to include Carlingford Oysters, Razor Clams in OW Broth and Barbecued Duck.

With Brad’s cooking being inspired by the ingredients available and producers who work with the British landscape, he will be bringing his own unique take on modern British food to the Hovarda space and series.

Aegean restaurant and lively drinking spot, Hovarda launched on Rupert Street in 2017, bringing a vibrant new style of dining to Soho with a beautiful upstairs bar and stylish ground floor restaurant designed with delicious food and fun in mind. The restaurant is known for showcasing the very best of Aegean hospitality, food, cocktails, wine and a welcoming atmosphere.

This spring, Hovarda is extremely excited to introduce House of Hovarda, bringing the ambience it is known for together with some of the most influential and up-and-coming chefs from around the world to this London-based kitchen.

House of Hovarda kicked off on 19th April with Chef Luke French from JÖRO, Sheffield’s first ever Michelin recognised restaurant. Jackson Bistrow from a Nancarrow in Cornwall followed next, with Paul Foster from Michelin Star restaurant, Salt on 3rd May and Two Hot Asians, cooking on 10th May. The 17th May saw Marianna Leivaditaki, ex head-chef of East London’s Morito bring the flavours of Crete and Eastern Mediterranean to the kitchen, followed by MasterChef professional finalist Liam Rogers on the 24th.

Hovarda will continue to bring a unique dining experience every week with a new and inspiring guest talent, championing the crossover between hospitality and lifestyle, creating an iconic event every Tuesday. Revealing a different chef weekly with a totally new menu, chosen from some of the globe’s best-known talent as well as aiming to kick-start newer chefs’ journeys, in the heart of Soho within a fantastic home. A melting pot of cuisines will come through, created by the chef with a set menu of four courses for £50 per head.
