Mumm Champagne and the Monteith’s selection are among the drinks range Lula’s is offering to guests. If that still isn’t enough incentive, there will also be some live tunes brought to you by The Edge host Sean Hill, a live band, and even spot prizes for things such as best dressed. All of this will be in preparation for a broadcast of the big race at 5.00pm and the sweepstakes.
Lula’s is home of Auckland’s original bottomless brunch and bottomless beer, bubbles and dumplings which means you definitely know that there’s a 100% chance of a good time. Met with such success, it’s only natural to host an occasion in honour of the biggest horse race.
If you haven’t already been to The Lula Inn, this is a prime opportunity to go. Located in the Viaduct, the harbour-front venue has some amazing views, a wharf breeze, and waterside outdoor seating.
