Fancy restaurants in Edinburgh

Fhior is the new hot spot in Edinburgh! Open in June 2018 by Scott and Laura Smith, the vision is “to create a dining experience that is reflective of the restaurant’s namesake” – Fhior meaning true in Gaelic. Head along for lunch or enjoy their full dining experience. The choice is simple, four or seven courses with the option of a carefully selected drinks pairing (highly advised by the ResDiary team). Fhior allows you to enjoy food and hospitality delivered with passion and skill, without pretension. When looking for the best fancy restaurant in Edinburgh, this one should totally be on top of your list.
