Tonino’s Pizzeria is a traditional Italian restaurant, specialising in authentic pasta and pizza. Tonino’s doors opened in 1984 and they have thrived ever since, welcoming newcomers into a family friendly atmosphere and providing delicious and hearty dishes. An outstanding option on the menu is the beautifully baked lasagne.

You can choose between two sizes depending on your hunger levels, entrée or main. Regardless of size they both have the same ingredients. Layers of fresh pasta sheets separate with beef mince soaked in a rich red marinara sauce. A selection of mixed herbs is tossed in to add even more flavour. Then the final touch, a thick layer of cheese is sprinkled across the top then baked to golden perfection.

If you’ve heard about Toto, it’s usually in regards to their insanely delicious, authentically Italian pizzas. Served in meters and half meters with an abundance of toppings. However, it’s their lasagne that inspires feelings of nostalgia, the home cooked styled dish never fails to hit the spot.

The lasagne is made with the classic bolognese sauce, the thick red tomato-based sauce packs a flavourful punch. Then the ground beef ragù is folded into the mix alongside the herbs. Toto also uses an Italian cheese sauce between the layers of pasta. And finally, before it’s baked, the mozzarella and parmesan are added. This is the best way to experience true Italian lasagne!

Mamma Rosa is a second-generation Italian restaurant that incorporates both Mediterranean delicacies and authentic Italian cuisine into their menu. The family run establishment makes their own pasta in house and with over 50 years of experience you’re guaranteed the best pasta in town.

Every item on the menu is freshly prepared and made with love. Including the crowd favourite; lasagne. Choose between the classic beef or the vegetarian option. The former is stacked layers of pasta sheets, separated by beef mince, cooked in a marinara sauce and seasoned to perfection. Then it’s baked until the cheese on top bubbles.
