World Pasta Day

For World Pasta Day today (25th October), Norma restaurant in Fitzrovia, London is going to be running an extra menu of four pasta dishes only available exclusively for today.

What better way to celebrate World Pasta Day than with Norma, London? This contemporary and provocative restaurant, inspired by the food and culture of Sicily with particular emphasis on the Moorish influences on the Island’s cuisine, has launched an exclusive menu for one-day only that features four incredible pasta dishes.

The exciting dishes include:

– Black Tagliolini with Squid, Nduja and Datterini Tomatoes

– Aubergine and Goat’s Cheese Tortelloni with San Marzano Tomato Sauce and Basil (v)

– Crab Linguine with Chilli, Lemon and Butter Sauce

– Slow-Cooked Oxtail Ragu with Pappardelle and Pecorino

All of the extra pasta dishes will be served as large portions and will be priced at £20 each.

Norma is a contemporary and vibrant restaurant that combines Sicilian-Moorish fare served over three characterful floors, with a sensational cocktail bar and private dining room. The London-based restaurant embodies the celebrated old-school Italian hospitality and charm, taking inspiration from the grand cafe culture found in Sicily. Set across three floors of a characterful townhouse on Charlotte Street in London’s Fitzrovia, the first two floors are dedicated to the restaurant, with the top floor a private dining space. The main menu features modern Sicilian-inspired dishes using seasonal Italian and British produce, from a selection of anti-pasti and pastas, to larger grilled meat and fish dishes. Upstairs in the private dining room, guests can order large family-style sharing dishes.
