Adding to the decadence there are four toppings diners can choose to add to their steaks. Each sounding more incredible than the last, guests will have a tricky time selecting from: Umami A5 butter, A5 Miso Bacon Butter, Wagyu Tallow Caramalised Onions or Bourbon Bacon Marmalade.
Diners will be able to relish in the unique taste and tenderness of wagyu beef and enjoy the sensation of its rich flavour, which comes from the intense, fat marbling, giving it a soft texture and the ‘melt in your mouth’ experience.
To accompany the premium steaks and complement the meaty flavours, STK Steakhouse suggests adding creamy side dishes such as black truffle mac n cheese, creamed spinach or mashed potatoes with a parmesan crust. And for wine pairing, depending on the origin of the wagyu steak, the restaurant’s sommeliers recommend choosing wines from the Unique and Classic Fine Reds menu. With something available for every palate, guests can choose from both Old and New World wines. For something a little lighter, the team would suggest one of their exquisite rose wines such as Rose Gold, Côtes de Provence Rosé, exclusively available at STK Steakhouse.
