Introducing Bone Idyll

Headed up by respected local restaurateurs, mixologists and entrepreneurs Sam and Alex Berry from No.97, Cento Uno and The Hideaway (Surbiton), alongside One One Four (Teddington), Bone Idyll is a new independent venue that will be strongly welcomed by fellow Kingston locals and travellers looking for a refined refreshment.

Bone Idyll was realised during lockdown, by admired local restaurateurs, residents and husband and wife team, Sam and Alex Berry. Instead of approaching crowdfunding platforms, they reached out to their loyal community and customers and quickly raised the investment they required.

Together these curious and passionate creators are embarking on a new venture valuing locally made, small batch spirits and cocktails, packed with character, attitude, and unbelievable taste.

The Launch Collection features six key spirits and five cocktail (RTDs). Each pour is being perfectly crafted in two 100 litre copper pot stills, used for producing the Bone Idyll speciality gin, vodka, and rum.

The bar area features 10 x 2 litre copper pot stills, where guests will be able to attend and enjoy future gin school classes, bespoke and private events.

Customers can experience a small Bone Idyll menu serving British cheese, a tasty charcuterie selection and additional curated snacks perfectly accompanying their drinks.

This innovative, immersive distillery and bar (the gin school opens this month) is a stunning new addition to Kingston’s thriving local food and drink scene.

Co-found Sam is 32 and launched No 97 at just 25! No 97 and One One Four have been listed in the top 50 restaurants in the UK.

Expect a happy hour Wednesday – Sunday that includes two for £12 on all Bone Idyll Spirit Mixers, 4pm – 6pm.
