A large salad bowl includes a choice of base, two premium ingredients, six standard ingredients plus a garnish and dressing. If you opt for a small bowl after choosing a base you will have the option of adding one premium ingredients, three standard ingredients plus a garnish and dressing.
Salad bases include the option of either rocket, baby leaf spinach or a summer salad mix while premium ingredients focus on protein options such as chicken, tuna, and steak as well as a vegan option of falafel. Dressing selections range from vegan caesar and honey and mustard to a classic balsamic, and there are a wide range of standard ingredients on offer such as potato salad, roast sweet potato, boiled egg, and Mediterranean pearl couscous. Finish off your custom salad bowl with a garnish of your choice such as spring onion, sultanas, or sun-dried tomatoes.

Cranachan Cafe is an excellent spot for a relaxing lunch while you people watch in the beautiful Princes Square.
