The Murg Habibi with tender chicken marinated in herbs, spices and yoghurt and cooked in the tandoor is a good starting point. The Kastoori Kofta is a tasty vegetarian main course option, stuffed with mushrooms and cooked in a creamy fenugreek and tomato sauce. Mop up the sauce with Ginger’s spinach and cheese naan.

The food at Agnee Indian is authentic, made using spices imported directly from India, and cheap. Plus the staff are genuinely happy to accommodate your every need.

Try the Bombay Potatoes, the Vegetable Korma, or a Vindaloo, Rojan Josh or Korma with beef, lamb, chicken, prawns, or goat.

We suggest the Indian rice pudding (called Kheer) for dessert, or the Kulfi (pistachio ice cream.)

The Kids’ Menu dishes here are good value for money at only $12.50 apiece.
