The warmer seasons are approaching, and that means a resurgence of outdoor markets.

Luckily, this October you can take a look at the Saturday Market Party, operating from the 8th to 29th of October. Head out for brunch at any of Mount Eden’s amazing cafes and then head over to the markets at 222 Dominion Road, kicking off from 2pm and going until late.

Brought to you by Flight Coffee and Drink Honest, you’ll be able to live through the summer lifestyle of your dreams by getting to try out delicious food and immersing yourself in the bustling atmosphere. 

Each Saturday will bring you live musicians, and a rotation of food trucks and other vendors, so you can attend more than once and still get a different experience each time.

This market has one of the biggest varieties of goods being advertised. Among this wide selection is the luxury furniture brand KIOSK, minimalist outdoor gear brand KOEN Outdoors, vintage camera distributor Junktion, and high-end eyewear brand Isle of Eden. It doesn’t stop there, though…

Beverage brands that will be making an appearance include craft soda companies such as Good Sh*t Soda and Almighty. Some of our local favourites will be appearing in the brewery section: Garage Projects, Jo Bros, Behemoth, and Urbanaut.

Last but not least, what we’ve all be waiting for – the food trucks. Roti Bros, known for their famous to-die-for Roti Pies will be coming to the market, as well as taco companies Loco Bros and Ragtag. Lastly, underground Italian fusion pop-up Passa Passa will be joining the lineup, having the most mouth watering pizza fritta and handmade pasta on their menu for something to warm you up when the evening gets a little chilly. 

With such a huge range of retail, food, and drink being offered, plus some smooth tunes- this market is one of the most anticipated functions happening this October so be sure to add this to your list of things to get summer properly started.
